Online Payment Questions

UDAC Payment Services will send an email confirmation of payments to an email address provided for any account.

It is possible for there to be a brief period of time between payment and recognition of the payment within our systems which could cause an errant call. Should this happen, simply inform the agent of the previously made payment and your account will be handled appropriately.
